Tifón Wipha causa más de diez muertos en Japón

Al menos 13 personas murieron a consecuencia del azote del tifón Wipha en la parte central de Japón. Más de 30 000 personas en seis prefecturas recibieron la recomendación de que evacuaran la zona, en la cual se encuentran desaparecidas 17 personas.
