Actos vandálicos de toda índole y campañas mediáticas, son algunos de los ejemplos. Sin embargo, los procesos sociales avanzan en esa nación. Tal es el caso de la educación superior que hoy tiene, entre otros objetivos, llegar al cien por ciento en matrícula estudiantil universitaria. Presidió Raúl función de reapertura del emblemático Teatro Martí

El General de Ejército, Raúl Castro, Primer Secretario del Partido Comunista de Cuba y Presidente de los Consejos de Estado y de Ministros, asistió hoy a la reapertura del Teatro Martí, emblemático coliseo que vuelve a la vida después de 40 años cerrado. La función inaugural de esta nueva etapa, en la estuvo presente además el Primer Vicepresidente de los Consejos de Estado y de Ministros, Miguel Díaz-Canel, entre otras personalidades; incluyó un repertorio de lujo, con la interpretación de piezas antológicas dentro de la tradición musical cubana.
