29,000 plastic ducks lost at sea

On a stormy January night in 1992, out on the Pacific Ocean, 29,000 plastic yellow ducks, blue turtles and green frogs fells from a cargo ship and were lost at sea. But what happened to the durable toys over the next 21 years?
