Cuba to Begin Daylight Savings Time Havana Times HAVANA TIMES – The clocks in Cuba get set back an hour early Sunday as the country goes in its daylight savings time mode until next March. At one a.m. on Sunday the clocks in Cuba will be put back an hour ending summer time which began on March 10.
