El Senado de Estados Unidos rechazó con 52 votos a favor y 46 en contra una enmienda bipartidista que facilitaría el traslado de presos de la cárcel ilegal de Guantánamo a territorio estadounidense para su juicio, o a terceros países para su liberación.
