Desde hace tiempo están pasando por España numerosos personajes de la llamada disidencia interior de la República de Cuba, personajes que son recibidos por los máximos dirigentes del Estado., Presidente del Gobierno incluido. Casualmente no se les ve con los cubanos que vinieron en otro momento y que hoy protestan ante el Gobierno del Partido Popular porque dicen que no han cumplido lo que les debió prometer. El tema fundamental que vienen a plantear es un debate sobre derechos humanos como elemento diferenciador con el régimen cubano y que justifica su disidencia... pues bien entremos en el debate sobre Derechos Humanos en Cuba, sin complejos, desde un reconocimiento de que Cuba ni es el paraíso ni ha resuelto todos sus problemas, pero destacando cuestiones, tan evidentes y constatables, que hoy son aceptadas por la comunidad internacional.
