El Presidente cubano Raúl Castro llegó a Sudáfrica para asistir a los funerales de Nelson Mandela, informó el estelar Noticiero Nacional de Televisión en la noche de este lunes. A la 1:30 am de este martes hora local -6:30 pm del lunes en Cuba- fue recibido en el aeropuerto internacional de Johannesburgo por el Ministro de Seguridad y Estado de Sudáfrica. Al arribar a tierra sudafricana, Raúl dijo que lamentaba que la visita a este país fuera en tal circunstancia. Sin embargo, añadió, "me siento muy honrado de estar aquí".
