Phoenix moving to boost trade, tourism with Mexico

PHOENIX — PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix plans to establish a trade and tourism presence in Mexico City. The Arizona city is moving forward with a plan to spend $150,000 to $200,000 per year to hire a private consultant to represent its interests in Mexico City.
